Loads over 14' wide require one escort; over 16' wide require 2 escorts; over 15' high require one escort. Escort operators must hold state certification, valid for 4 years. Certification is recognized in 12 other states. Minimum $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit insurance required. No oversize movement permitted on state holidays. Escort vehicles must be equipped with two-way radio communication, warning signs and amber lighting.
